The leveling and grading started well. The company sent one person to spread out top soil and the job looked great. Next day another crew showed up to do the sprinkler system. It was ok, but they completely disreguarded the installation of a fence and the flower beds. I had to ask that they move 4 heads that were place under the fence. They were susposed to return for final grading right before the sod was installed. They missed that apointment and it had to be postponed. When they did show up to do final grading, they ripped out and threw away several plants. The pipes (PVC) that connected to the water supply had broken--they said it was due to kids pulling on the pipes. Those were replaced (first time). We installed sod, but they refuse to set the sprinkler heads. They were called back 2 days later to fix the pipes for my neighbors (I live in a duplex). They said it was due to the owner attaching a hose and then pulling on it. The nieghbors were out of town. He said he wouldn't cover the sprinkler heads that I had moved (I didn't they did). They next day my pipes broke again (second time). Refused to return to the house for over a week for repairs. By the time he did return another neighbor's pipes had burst. When they finally got back to repair the pipes-this time with metal instead of PVC. They said that I had turned the pipes around. Either they owner thinks that all these lies are useful to him or he has actual memory problems.
