KCB has done several jobs for us, from painting the outside of our house and trim, a small bathroom remodel, to a huge remodel including tearing out walls and plumbing. Their craftsmanship, integrity, and work ethic are outstanding. Their price is fair and reasonable, AND they are nice, honest people.

Great job by Dave , his son Clay and Dillan. They build us a new fence, a big porch and a new deck. His estimate was right on ,and the project was completed in the timeframe they promised. Even with some last minute changes. It looks even better then we imagined. They are fun to work with, and they deliver quality work. I would highly recommend them.

Dave and Tim were great to work with. They made a special effort to complete the work before my out-of-state guests were arriving, and they were happy to accommodate some last-minute design changes for me. The finished deck is very nice, and I highly recommend Dave and his company.

Dave is a nice guy but we had to keep having them come back to fix major issues in our paint jobs. They kept missing spots in our home that needed second coats. We still have the old paint color showing through the new one in some places! I stopped having them come back because they had excuses for why they kept not doing a professional job and I just needed them to be done. I was very disappointed because they had so many good reviews but I guess there is a first for everything!

Dave was great! He called me to offer his services before I had a chance to call him. He arrived on time prepared to go to work. He was quick, professional and did quality work. I was very happy with the job he did and plan to hire him back for future projects.

Contractor was very good about returning when needed for follow up on the installation of the doors. He came back on both occasions expeditiously and took care of the problems. Some of his final finish work, in terms of caulking, was somewhat less than desired, but overall OK.
