We told the company exactly what we needed and at no time before the tech got to our home did they inform us that they could not perform what we were requesting. The tech told us on arrival that they do not complete what we were requesting due to liability reasons on his arrival. We now have a 200 dollar bill and still need the work completed.

I was contacted the same day I used Home Advisor and the service was done the same day. The invoice was reasonable for the work that was done and the electrician said we would get a veterans discount, which was on the invoice. Very satisfied!
