TRI-COUNTY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

This is a rental company in Butte Montana. The people who own it are scammers and morons. They committed fraud on my lease. They lied in person to my face and lied in writting. I moved to montana and rented a house on Banks ave from them, They did not tell me the house was being sold. They did not tell me the pet deposit was 500$ per pet.I paid 1200$ up front. the break down was 525 for rent 525 deposit and 150 pet deposit for my 2 dogs.I later found out that it was applied as 600 and 600 with no pet deposit and the pets were not listed in the lease. they let me go three months paying 525 before they said anything about 600$ being the rent. They gave me a 3 day pay or quit notice and they have not returned any of my calls. I have been informed by the owners today that the house was sold and I am not to pay the rental company anymore. Tri county is still trying to get money from me and I am now living in the house with the new owners and I have paid them per our new lease. They are liars and thieves.
