Description of Work: replaced a roof. extremely poor communication with job bidder and actual outsourced crew. The bidder did NOT check the upper roof and state "well since the shingles look good, Im sure your fine" Did not get notified when supplies were dropped off or when the crew was starting. When the crew showed up they did not tell us when they would be working ie hours and says of week. one of the crew came with a gun strapped to his waist. I did not appreciate this. and as far as safety, why do you need to wear a gun while you are roofing? they also brought 2 dogs, not on a leash and running about my yard without permission. Communication of what was going to be done and what was actually done was way off, 2 thousand dollars off. |when the owner became involved to "fix" the issues they still were done half a**ed and not according to code. will NEVER recommend them ever.

 + -1 moreCalled this company to give me an estimate on major work on my home which included roof, siding, and interior remodel. He came out and did a walk around and said he would get back to me with an estimate within the week. The week turned into NEVER!!! Could NOT get him to give me an estimate even though he promised me every time I called he would get it to me the next day or the next day or the next day. I finally stopped calling this company and asking for my estimate which means I NEVER got an estimate. Do NOT recommend this company
