Pro Pipes Plumbing and Gas

John Crump owner of Pro Pipes and gas was hired through Angis list for plumbing repairs, work included repiping water supply lines, replacing installation, installing a tankless hot water heater, and repair/replacing damaged sewer/drain lines. However, multiple issues arose. 1. The exterior holes for the watering were left unpadged completely and putting in the circle panel he had to transfer existing to the new and not all transferred circles were properly transferred to the new panel. Considering the panel was completed, my visually checking found several drain line, additionally, Crump charged for replacing three exterior faucets that were not done and they were not replaced. Dispite multiple attempts to contact Mr. Crump he did not respond in a timely manner and he stopped responding on 03/29. When I actually tried calling his number I found the line had been disconnected, his company website that was included in the invoice says the domain is now available, further investigation showed that his plumber and electrician license expired on 2024 (june/july).

Sold me a lemon disposal. Went bad in few weeks. No receipt no warranty. Ugh!

We have a terrible experience with them, they try to sell a new system for 4300 dollars, they mention that it was not possible to fix but we contact other professional that charge 330 dollars but they were able to fix the problem
