"Russ did an amazing job working with myself as an out of state homeowner. He was effective in coordinating with my tenants schedule. The initial job was to install and LED kitchen light, but it worked out so well I had him install four ceiling fans, a smoke detector, complete doorbell repairs and have new LED fixtures on order for him to install. I have him on speed dial!!"

"My wife and I highly recommend this Company for new installations and repairs. They offer services at a fair cost, with well-trained Laborers. They are very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy. This was not our first experience with this company. They always provide us with great workmanship and beauty that is pleasing for many years to come. They were attentive to all areas surrounding our home and completed cleanup as well. We have been completely satisfied with their work and will continue to do business with this company in the future."

"Victor took the time to explain what was needed and how the process would work. He went to multiple stores to find the correct flooring to match what I had which took practically all day. He respected my home throughout the process by ensuring the people he work with also respected the house and did not make or leave a mess along the way. Will use him again"

Deck Repair questions, answered by experts

Putting lattice under a deck will create a polished look that allows for air ventilation. You can also store items underneath as the lattice provides privacy and protection from the weather. You can also put lattice under a porch to create a polished look in the front of your house.

Many people say the best composite decking is Trex, TimberTech, or Fiberon. These brands have formulated composite deck boards to withstand the elements and hold up over time. Each offers a range of product lines varying in durability, price, and appearance. Compare their different composite decking offers for cost, looks, and features before deciding on a product.

There are ways to clean your deck to help maintain a clean appearance. You can easily remove surface-level dirt and grime by wetting your deck with a hose and doing a quick scrub with store-bought deck cleaner monthly.

However, investing in professional deck cleaning services near you at least twice a year is worth it. This service saves you time and ensures that your deck will avoid accidentally becoming scratched by blasting the pressure washer at the wrong angle.

Yes, you can build a pool deck yourself, but it takes precision, a lot of time, and many specific tools. You’ll need to create a deck plan, be careful with measurements, cut each piece of wood, secure the pieces properly, and ensure the deck meets building codes. Building a deck around a pool is a rewarding DIY, but it’s time- and labor-intensive, so thoughtfully consider your abilities and the time you have before embarking on this DIY.

Yes, Ipe wood is a popular high-end choice for pool decking. It repels water and is naturally slip-resistant. It's not susceptible to mold, mildew, or rot, either, so it lasts longer and is cleaner and more hygienic than other popular decking materials. However, remember that due to its status, it is a very high-cost wood, and you might find that an alternative would serve you just as well for significantly less.
