Office receptionist was understanding about needing refrigerator repair in a hot July day. Technician was able to come out the same day. He diagnosed the problem, had the needed part, and repaired .

After talking on the phone and making sure they had the part, they made an appt for the next day. Chris came on time and promptly fixed it. He called with an explanation and price quote for approval before making the repair. Would definitely use again.

We had a great experience working with this company. We were provided different options and reasonable cost estimates for repair once the problem was identified and felt that we were able to trust the information being provided. We would absolutely work with this company again.

Bob arrived in a timely manner an did an great job repairing my old Maytag laundry washer. He also suggested replacing the water supply hoses, which, given their age, was something I had been wondering about. Date of repair was December 2018 and total repair cost was $305.

Had an older gas dryer (15+ years old) that stopped heating. Scheduling was easy and could get someone within a couple days (not an emergency). Chris & Dean came out and quickly diagnosed the dryer with a blown thermal fuse. They quickly removed the back, cleaned out all lint and replaced the blown fuse. Also monitored my washer as it did a cycle. Trimmed the drain hose as it was a bit low in the basin it drains into. They were out in 45 minutes and gave a referral for vent work. Quick, prompt, friendly workers, great pricing. Highly recommend!

We called them the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, and they came out first thing next morning, since we were hosting Thanksgiving in two days. At first we thought of replacing our oven, until we saw it would cost $1,300 dollars. The technician, Dave, was very knowledgeable and gave great customer service. Thank you :)

Dave and Chris came out, on time, and replaced the rollers, belt, and blower wheel in my dryer (which is an older stack unit that hadn't been worked on in over 15 years), while also cleaning out all of the dust/lint, and replacing screws and a clip that had managed to go missing over the years. All of this was done more quickly than I expected, and the price was right around what I was hoping it would be. Great guys to work with. Would recommend. Thanks guys!

Within minutes our repairman was able to diagnose igniter problem. He had the part and our oven was back to normal!

They fixed the dryer and put a temporary fix on dishwasher. I would use them again.

The replacement went smoothly and it works well

My stove and dryer date back to the early 1960s and most repair companies wont' touch them. Not here. Northland is quite comfortable working on the older appliances. Bob, the seasoned tech, showed up within two hours and went right to work. He's very thorough and tore right into both the stove and dryer. The stove is now serviced and the dryer is whisper quiet for the first in years. The service call lasted 1.5 hours.

It's a family run business. It's high quality, personalized service. What caught my eye was I just called them out of the blue because they were somewhere close, that was 15 years ago, and I had 4 little kids, and my dryer run out on the Friday before 4th of July, and he was heading out of town. I called him in the afternoon and insisted anybody come. I can't go 3-4 days without laundry with all these babies. He said he's going to stop by on his way to the cabins and see what he can do. I was just dumbfounded. He understood that I'm a mom with all these little babies so he would see what he can do. I've just been loyal to him ever since. He's just been really good. Now his son does work and his granddaughter's at the desk. It's just a neat family.

Northland provided very prompt service and even worked their schedule so I could have the first appointment of the day. I greatly appreciated this after waiting nearly a week for Sears to come out and then Sears was a no show. Bob told me the washer was worth fixing and I didn't need a new one. He had to order a part but came back with it two days later. Northland can work on most brands that other companies don't. I would definitely use Northland again.

Serviceman was prompt, found problem right away and fixed in short order. He wasn't bothered at all by the dogs in the house that had to check him out.

Great! Repair people were on time and diagnosed the problems immediately. Each time they provided options for us to consider. For the dryer, they recommended a vent cleaning. Regarding the icemaker, they suggested that we could either buy a new one or have it repaired. We chose to have it repaired, which they took to their shop, promptly repaired it, and then returned and installed it. In both the dryer and icemaker cases, they were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will certainly use them again when we need appliance repairs.

I called Northland and they explained over the phone what steps I could take to shorten my service call and save money. Appointment times were timely and Bob showed up on time. Very respectful and easy to work with. Fridge repair was done in an office setting and we were not disturbed by the work.

The freezer was way below zero and the fridge was in the 50's. I called and they were able to have Bob come out that afternoon. Bob was wonderful to work with as he explained everything he was doing and has decades of experience. The problem was identified (bad thermostat causing defrost of coils to fail) and he replaced the part and made sure it worked. I was also pleased with the cost of the repair as I was preparing myself for the worst. Northland will be my go-to when it comes to appliance repair.

Dave and Chris arrived within the promised window of time. Their office manager called to let me know they were on their way. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves. Their uniforms and van identified who they worked for which I like. Both gentlemen (father and son) were pleasant, thoughtful, and careful to diagnose the problem. I was given the estimate on the cost. It was worth it for me to repair the 6 year old washer. They worked long and **** ** a very warm summer day, taking the washer drum outside to repair it. I wanted the washer fixed this week and they were able to schedule the visit within two days of my phone call. Their diagnostic fee was among the lowest as I had called several places before choosing them. I am very pleased with their work and would call them again!
