Excellent job. The quality of work was really good, gave really good recommendations, put up 140 feet of fence and 3 gates. Price was very reasonable and they worked until dark several nights until the job was done. Even followed me to a friend's house to look at possible water damage to let me know what may be needed to fix problem. Would recommend Kris to anyone who needs fence, home repair,etc. Great job. Mr. Barlow called me right after I registered on Service Magic. Made appt. to show him work needed at my home. His work was excellent. He was very punctual and his cleanup at completion of job was excellent. His charge for the work was very fair. I will recommend him and plan on using him again soon for additional work needed in my home.

He did not know much about what we needed done and he also tore a peice of my new wallpaper we had recently replace in our hallway. We had to go out and buy a larger light switch plate to cover it up .

"He is correct in the fact that I didnt know exactly what the problem was at his home. The reason being is that it was an electrical problem and I'm a carpenter by trade. I did in fact give him the number for a licensed electrician to correct his problem. As for any wallpaper being torn or damaged is news to me. Everything was restored to its orginal state when I left the residence."

I could have not asked for a better individual. He was prompt to my call and once we agreed on a price, he started the next day. During the entire repair process, he was meticulous, proficient and very caring. Everything had to be just right, and if it wasn�t, he did not quit until it was.

I cannot provide a rating on this because the work was not completed. I had communication problems with the contractor, no written estimate, my original work request was to patch three holes in my back wall. Only one of the holes was patched. The contractor did find a structural problem when fixing the hole and I approved the fix but the wall panel was replaced without me inspecting the work so I do not know that it was fixed (or fixed correctly). Long story, not enough space here. Now I need to hire someone to finish the work and to replace the gutters that were torn down instead of taken down and replace installed shutters.

"Ms P is very much mistaken in the work that was completed at her home. As per her verbal agreement with me the work was being completed to the specifications of the project. What she is failing to communicate in the above review is the fact that she indeed exceeded her cost projection for the job to be completed properly. Im sorry im not gonna leave rotten wood or visible problems unattended and do sub par work. The job was at 85% completion and she decided not to proceed. Nothing was damaged or broken on my part and all the gutters and shutter material was in good shape when I left the job. All I wanted to do was finish the job 100%."
