David and his crew did an AWESOME job! He seemed like a great guy when he first came out to see what the problem was and do a quote. We had seen some reviews that were not so great on here. I'm coming on here to tell you do NOT listen to those reviews! All of the work performed by DM Roofing was quick and matches exactly what we wanted. He didn't do unnecessary work. We were worried about our whole roof possibly having leaks here and there because we just bought this house. He came out and looked all over to put our minds at ease. He said the rest of the roof was in great condition for it's age and had 6-8 years life left at least. So he only repaired the problem parts instead of trying to sell us on unnecessary things. He's a very honest person! He communicated quickly. He and his crew were very friendly. They were very affordable. They got the work done when they said they would. I have no doubt that the work they performed will hold up for years to come. Thank you David & Crew!

David made the executive decision to not provide flashings, as per his estimate, for the vent pipes. He instead used some gunk, spending 36 total minutes on the project. When I questioned him about this, he brought the price down. It is raining right now, so I will see if he successfully repaired the leak. UPDATE: No leak. Thanks, David.

After placing my complaint pertaining DM roofing, I spoke with a resolution person with home advisor Lyn W, we only spoke once, the issue was explained to her in detail, after several attempts, the owner of DM Roofing finally came to my home, he appeared to do repairs on the area they had repaired in the past it was explained to him my game room was still leaking, this is an issue that we have been trying to fix for several years, we replaced windows above the area he had supposedly fixed he placed blame on the window company, home advisor specialist did not ask me about this matter extremely Unprofessional, she only stated what he explained to her which was totally incorrect, We are dealing with the same issue as of today, I would not recommend home advisor nor DM Roofing. Communication is extremely poor with DM Roofing and also with HomeAdvisor I feel as though they were prejudice towards me.

David was awesome throughout the entire process of replacing my roof. He handled all the details without me having to worry about a thing. He met with the insurance adjuster and walked me through everything step-by-step. Very prompt, courteous, and does what he says he s going to do. I would recommend DM Roofing to anyone who has roof issues.

Three part project. Two were fixed just fine. Third issue was not fixed and contractor would not and did not return my messages to him. Hired a different contractor to fix the issue.

David went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. He explained everything to me, gave his recommendations without any pressure tactics. I ended up replacing the roof instead of patching it again (my idea). It looks wonderful. David was more than fair working out the final cost. They showed up on time and finished the project quickly. Everything was hauled away, as promised. He even cut down a tree limb that was resting on the roof. He is the nicest, most honest contactor (for anything) I've ever had. For an unexpected big project, I am sooooo pleased. You can't go wrong with DM Roofing!!!

David was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time to give me my estimate. He provided me with pictures of the damaged areas, and explained what needed to be done to correct the problem. He gave me an estimate the same day. He was unable to come on the day we scheduled due to a family emergency. He called the next day and came out and completed the work without my being there. He also sent me pictures of the completed work. He did an excellent job! I recommend him if you’re looking for a job well done.

They do good work

Great job on popcorn ceiling repair and painting. David is very good at scheduling appointments and making sure everything is going great. He will go the "extra mile" to help.
