Description of Work: There was an extremely long (2 weeks) wait time to get service installed in an apartment that was already wired for service. The professionals who showed up to perform the service showed up precisely when they said they would and were extremely professional. I had a minor problem with the bill that the customer service rep was extremely rude about fixing. I also did not expect to get charged a rental fee for my HD box that was more expensive than the cable service itself 6 months after service commenced (nothing about it being free for a promo period in ANY of the paperwork). I ended up canceling cable service and returning the HD box as they would not give me the option to purchase rather than rent the box. What I was being charged for the rental of the HD box would have paid for 3 units over the course of a year. | |Their internet service is the best (fastest and most reliable) in the area and I continue to receive that service. I would not use this provider for cable services in the future.

 + 0 moreThey are very slow and their responsiveness is not very fast. We lost a power and the cable line came down, we had nothing even if they got the streets and everything back running. It was practically a month or so even after everything before they made it out here. The people who came out went above and beyond to make something work, very well trained and very professional. He stayed out longer than I expected until the problem was resolved and handled. They staff are really courteous and really great but I think the organization is not so good. They are satisfied with the market that we have instead of striving to increase the market I think. We are switching to another provider.
Description of Work: Vicksburg Video provided our cable and internet services.
