Carpet Installation
Not good as estimator did not show-up for first appointment; next appointment was not good as the woman stated that she wanted all floors ready for to install-- no moving of furniture; purchased carpet remnant to have a local installer attempt to install, instead of carpet One. Any customer outside of the Vicksburg area should find an installer who is local.

Carpet Installation
Very knowledgeable. Experts helped me locate where all of the damage to the floors was located. They replaced 1,200 sq. feet of carpet. The work to replace the floor was very intensive. Reasonable priced. They did everything they could do to keep my worries and stress down to a minimum. Wonderful people. They cleaned up after the work was complete. Billy Lathem is a dynamo and even though she is the president of the company she actually washed baseboards for me.
