The oil change went quickly as always. The two gentlemen that change the oil still get a laugh out of me because I refuse to drive my vehicle over the changing pit. I had a bad experience at another place that was my husband's fault but, has scarred me for life. This, in my opinion is the best place to go in Vicksburg for an oil change. They always tell me 20 minutes but, I can't recall that I've ever waited that long unless someone was in line ahead of me.
My problem, which was not apparent at first, was with the front end alignment. I noticed that my truck was shaking while at a very low speed but, quit once I sped up. I turned around and went and made them check it out. found nothing wrong. The tire was fine, the tie-rod ends were fine. Yet, my truck still pulled heavy to the right and got really hard to control.
To be honest I do not believe that this was the fault of the business and I feel that they did all that they could do and were very gracious about it. This is why I will go back in the future if I need to.
One thing, they need to make their waiting area a little more female friendly.

Everyone we came in contact with was extremely knowledgable. When we ran across a check engine light problem with our car we took it in and they had us on our way within 10 min. We are so glad we found Saxton's. We had been taking our VW Jetta to the dealership for oil changes and paying a fortune each time. Glad to know we can now take our car down the road and get more competent help and quick service.
