The painting was OK. There were sections that did not get their second coat of paint and the missed areas were pointed out by the customer during the walk through. The team did not plug holes, pull out nails, or fill in areas before the painting process.
Although the original deal was to have the outside painted, a plan was put together to get the entire house in shape. This included water heater, carpet, linoleum, paint, pipes, floors, holes in walls, and resetting an electrical outlet.
Although we had a signed contract for the general update we could not get any receipts except for the estimate. We will have to file the payments on our taxes but we would have had a better cost estimate if we had the receipts.
For the last request for funds we denied the request until receipts could be produced. We have not heard from them since then. The work was just about complete.
Since we live out of town this was a learning experience for us
