The water heater replacement was quick (one hour), courteous and professional. I had contacted Mr. King on 12/7 to schedule a water heater replacement. He was ready the next day with the water heater as well as installing it in my house and hauling off the old water heater. He had two helpers assisting. They were all focused on getting the job done. He arrived on time, work was done timely. Very friendly and gave great advice about how many amps to use. We live in the country (about 20 mins from town) so the cost was a little pricey. He started the clock when he left his office.

The installation service was good, but after he installed it the hot water temperature wasn't high enough because he forgot to adjust it, and he went on vacation so I had to wait until he got back to fix it. Even then I had to call him to remind him, so I wouldn't rate the responsiveness very highly.

He was very good. He came out as soon as he could. He did a good job. I've had no problems with the unit.
