It’s a terrible experience. They're one of the first one we've used and we're not happy with the outcome. They came and they said they will fix the problem and it was the same. They came out the second time and that’s the time the A/C works but the air condition system can’t heat the house below 80 degrees which was pretty bad. It seems like they don’t know what they were doing. They didn’t fix the main problem. They said there was no problem and when I said yeah I can't heat the house below 82 degrees in the house they said that is the way is suppose to work. They only do what they knew. They’ve not done much which is a lie. What I’m seeing them do was to get my hose and wash the air filter – start it and then it work but it didn’t take long. The bottom line is the final total of the main problem is not fixed because it’s just temporary i.e. it didn’t take long to function.

Even though it was cool on Sunday, Saturday had been very warm and we discovered our A/C unit was not working.  At 8:40 I made a call from Craigslist and Brian responded rapidly and was at our house within 30 minutes.  He discovered gross neglect of the out door system, which we anticipated from previous owners, and showed my husband the rusted out bottom of the condenser unit.  Buying a new condenser unit is roughly similar to buying a new unit, therefore we decided to buy a new unit outdoors, and since the indoor unit is the same age, for slightly more, decided his price was excellent on an entire replacement.  He could begin work the next day (yes, the next day) if the A/C unit was available (which it was) and will be entirely finished by today or tomorrow, concrete pad replacement outside, system flushed and everything.
