Description of Work: We have well water. Early one morning, the well went out before work, I called them before they were open. Someone had actually come to work early and returned my call an hour before they opened by caller ID. They had someone out within an hour or 2, and replaced a large pump motor. I was very impressed with how proactive and prompt they were to treat our urgent matter.
