O2 Cool Air Conditioning & Heating Service

They are very good. I have used them for 2 years.  I have a contract with them to maintain my heating and air conditioning system. I was having a problem with my furnace system a year ago, and I checked online where I ended up getting a guy called Phil, who told me that I had an honest person for my HVAC and I should go ahead with using them. My air had gone down last year, and it was labor day, so they couldn't come, but he was here after labor day. His price is very cool. The unit that I have, uses Keria parts, and it is more expensive. I cannot use generic parts. He felt so bad that the part would cost me so much, that he charged me just $60 for the service call. He is a shy person, he is not very talkative, but he is professional at what he does. I can deal with him not talking, because so far I have not been dissatisfied with his services. He came when my husband was here, and I kept him on. I have used him for the past 4-5 years. If you ask something he will answer it.
