At first I thought he was going to be really good. He seemed professional and he sounded like he knew what he was talking about... I was dead wrong. It took him forever to get stuff done. Also, he brought in his painters to paint my entire 2 bedroom condo and promised they would use drop cloths. I walked one evening and they were painting and there was only one drop cloth down where the paint cans were. His painters got paint all over my wood floors. When I confronted him about it, he tried to tell me they did use drop cloths and argued with me when I told him I saw it first hand that he didn't. He then promised he would get the paint off the floors... its still there. He also said he would install my new fans. He did not even use both screws, put it in correctly or balance it. He did a lousy job. He also said he would caulk the shower head and the caulk has already come off. Once I told him I was unhappy with his work and that he had to fix it in order for him to get paid, he coped an attitude with me. He told me he didn't want to put anymore time in to fixing stuff he had agreed to complete, because it was not something he could do quickly and poorly. I would not recommend him to anyone. I was severely disappointed and upset with his work. He was not professional and was not willing to own up or fix his mistakes. Beware when using his services, because a month later you will realize he did not do a good job.
Description of Work: He was supposed to do random contracting things around my house (i.e. paint, install fans, fix lights, caulk baths, etc.)
