The wood that Carl Mason Construction replaced for me has actually warped already. I wasn't pleased with his painting job, either. I had him come back and do some repainting, because it had already started peeling, just a week or two after he painted it. He came back and redid it, but that didn't even help. It was still messed up. The paint job was just not satisfactory. Another contractor told me that he put on the wrong type of paint.
