They did a wonderful job!. I called after talking to 23 plumbers, with 5 coming out to the house and saying they would do it then never heard a word from all 5!!  These plumbers would not answer my calls or return them!  Imagine my surprise and frustration after paying for the home system and having it sit in my garage for 2 1/2 months trying to find someone to install it.  I called Southern Home Solutions and spoke to Chaz, he came out that afternoon, said he could do it in a couple of weeks but actually had his crew do it a few days later when an opening came available. They did it in two days without interrupting my day.  The copper pipes were a thing of beauty before they had to wrap them with insulation.  They renewed my faith in people keeping their word.

Construction of the sunroom was good. They did not install gutters even though they removed them to add the sunroom. Had they not discarded them, they could have used them on the addition as it was the same size as the part they enclosed. I asked for gutters and even said I would pay more, but still no gutters. I am contacting the gutter company myself.
The concrete drive was flawed and they are now breaking up the concrete so they can re-pour.
They do excellent plumbing work. I have had them replace some pipes for me before.
I might use them again, but I would be more precise about what I expect and I would want a more detailed breakdown of what the price includes. I am sure I over paid.
They do show up when they say they will, and they are clean and clean-up after themselves. One of them smokes and throws butts all over, but besides that I was happy with their tidiness.

Came same day I call. Called me first to let me know they were on their way and if the time was convenient for me. Very polite and professional. I will definitely use them again.

When we had a roof leak in the room that they had remodeled which caused damage to sheetrock and the ceiling. We contacted them to come and look at the roof as it was the roof that they had replaced when they did the remodeling. The owner sent his sales rep instead of a contractor. The sales rep never got on the roof to assess the problem but immediately stated that it was not their fault and that their work was only guaranteed for 1 year. They were very rude and refused to do anything about it. We had several roofers come to look and assess the problem. All agreed that the problem was that this roof was not installed correctly and that this was why the roof had leaked and the damages had occurred. We had to pay for another repair that was unnecessary as if the roof had been correctly installed, this would not have happened.
