First 3-4 times they came it it went ok, wasn't exactly satisfied but figured that's the best we're going to get. He sprayed the entire inside and outside(?) of the house, and put out some bait. Then three months later, another guy called and made an appointment to come out. 5 months and 8 technicians later, the "supervisor" came out, and I was actually satisfied with his service. Then there was another guy no show, another came out, and I called and told them not to send him back out, he didn't even try to pretend to do a good job. Two more no-shows later, I cancelled my contract.
We moved into an old house that had sat empty for years, didn't know there were bugs until after moving in, we've never had bugs,, and don't want them now. I realize these companies set up a recurring visitation schedule because it's how they make their money, and it is almost impossible to completely get rid of bugs in one visit. But, I have had it done. Many years ago after living in a house for over a year with no bugs at all, the weather got bad and bugs were coming in left and right, called an exterminator, he came out one time and I never saw another bug, that is the kind of service I'm looking for, but I know I won't get that lucky again. But, what I do expect is, after they come and spray, my bug problem should diminish to almost nothing until their next visit. The Orkin guys came out, and the bugs got bigger, that is when they came out.
