Dry Cleaning Service
Instead of dry cleaning per my instructions they decided to perform the alternative cleaning, washing the skirt. ALL the pleats came out. They refused to do anything about ruling a BCBG skirt staring "they had followed manufacturers recommendations". Which were wash OR dry clean. MY direction had been to dry clean. Mr Kennedy's response to my request to repair or redo the item was "he wasn't going to waste half a day ironing it". I took it to another cleaner spent $30 dollars and had it repaired. That was my FINAL instance or arrogance and poor service.
