Dry Cleaning Service
This dry cleaner does fine...Until they don't! They ask the minute you walk in the door if you want your clothes dry cleaned. Unfortunately, that question is meaningless. They ignore your request. If there is an option of dry cleaning or washing, they wash. I can wash. If I wanted my clothes washed, I would do them at home.
The owner apparently has never made a mistake. When an accordian pleated skirt was washed, instead of dry cleaned, per my request, he stubbornly refused to accept responsibiity for the complete absence of pleats upon its return. He insisted that the manufacturers label said it was ok to wash it. I WAS THE CUSTOMER! I HIRED THEM TO DRY CLEAN! THEY FAILED TO DO SO!! He told me that he would not pay someone to stand over the skirt and iron the pleats back into and to return it to the manufacturer.
I took it to another dry cleaner,had it pressed and dry cleaned (the spots were still on it that we had taken it to the dry cleaner for in the first place) and paid $25.09. It is now perfect.
I will never go back. He is unprofessional, argumentative and not a good cleaner.
