MALONEY GLASS & OVERHEAD DOOR

They were horrible. I called them and I asked for a quote, and he said that they would come out right away and gave me a quote, but at the end of the day when I called them they said that they forgot. We were out of town so we just got to it, and they said they would figure out something and call me back. They called me back with the quote on Tuesday, and my home had been broken into, and they said that that may come out on Thursday. I then asked if there was any way they could come out on Wednesday because I would really like the glass replaced, as it was an open invitation for somebody to come in anytime they want, and they said they would see, and he also said that he doesn't do this scheduling I then asked him if I could talk to the person who does the scheduling, and he said they’ll do the best they can. I called him again on Wednesday, and he didn't even call me back. I called them on Thursday, and asked them if they were going to do this or not, and they said that they would be trying to come out by end of the day, and I said that you were supposed to be out and why are you saying that you're going to try. I have invested a lot of time and I did not know anybody else who could do it quickly, so on Friday I just started calling them repeatedly, and finally someone picked out, and said that they would not working after three o'clock. They are already two days late and they say that they don't know if we can make it, and then I asked them that I would like to speak to the owner, and then he gave it somebody on the phone who obviously wasn't the owner. It was so unprofessional. The price was reasonable, but everything else was just horrible.
