Installation went well. Installer did a good job with installation. He was professional in every aspect. Like my new door very much.

overall, it wasn't the worst experience i've had there, but with the bad customer service, it could have been better.

I chose to buy at Lowe's because they were cheaper than anyone else in town. I've had good luck with their appliances. They were very nice, which means a lot.

We bought several interior and exterior doors at Lowe's and they offer to install for a fee. They sent out 6 guy who installed them all at once. The exterior doors were hung properly although I'm sure they mixed up the handles on the front and back doors, but Lowes told me they were installed as we had stated. The interior doors were hung sloppy. They had to cut the bottom of one door as it was too long for the tile. They split the panels, and glued it and set it overnight. They returned to hang it the next day, and hung it at an angle and wedged pieces of wood at spots to fit it in the door frame. It never did lock, or close correctly, and it was to a guest bathroom. All the men arriving at once was confusing as I couldn't observe all of their work all at once. I was very disappointed. Will buy elsewhere in the future.

Appliances were ordered and delivered as scheduled; Lowes called to update us on scheduling; Lowes stored our merchandise for a very long time due to hold-ups caused by construction problems; Lowes delivered our merchandise (appliances) when we asked them to and did a truly professional job. Also, the store personnel who helped us with our purchases were outstanding in every way -- friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and sensitive to our needs, etc.

Cabinetry was ordered and delivered, much the same as the appliances. Again, truly outstanding performance by the Lowes professional cabinetry/kitchen design assistant. When the cabinetry was delivered and installed, the person who installed it was just as top-notch as those who actually work in the store. He was attentive to my every little request, came back twice when I noticed another little adjustment or two that I wanted made -- never put me off in any way, and was just as friendly as could be. Plus, he just did a beautiful job of putting my cabinets in.

Same story for the countertops -- quartz -- all of the above apply.

The guy who helped me pick out plumbing merchandise (faucets, etc.) was just as nice and helpful and went to a lot of trouble to locate an item that they don't normally carry, plus got me a better price on it than I had seen elsewhere.

Throughout six months of reconstructing our house (that is the correct word for it), Lowes personnel have come to know me well because I always went there first to find what I needed or wanted. Plus, if I bought too much of something -- anything -- or changed my mind about wanting something that I'd bought, they took back every single thing I returned without a blink of the eye, even when I (often) didn't have the receipts with me.

I simply cannot say enough positive things about Lowes in Tupelo.
