showed up on time at our agreed appointment time , walked us through what was going to happen step by step. was very professional and did very good work .even checked back with us after a couple of weeks to make sure we were still happy and had no complaints .will recommend this contractor to all

Very friendly, professional, clean, fast, dependable, on-time! What more could you ask for!? I am definately recommending his services to everyone. His prices were not beatable as i was comparing elsewhere, as quick as he was in and out the quality of the flooring was amazingly professional, he was here on MY time on-time, he kept in touch when he was on his way and answered all the questions i had to ensure my changes were right for me, and my floors were as neat and clean as i had them before the work was conducted.

They were super nice. When he came out the first time, we found the problem with the flooring.

Provider installed the hardwood laminate, on his time schedule, working with our work schedule. He never had to wait on someone to let him in to do the work. It took him 3 weeks to get the laminate done; working 3-4 hours a day, couple days a week. Provider was to start on carpet; then had to put us off for 2 weeks before he could begin. He showed up at 11 am and left at 4 pm (which included taking lunch). He laid the padding and tack strips then laid the carpet out in the rooms to flatten out. Today he showed up at 10 am and started on our largest room. He then proceeded to tell us that he would just let us put the transition strips in so that he would be able to finish the carpet installation. He stated that he didn't have the proper drill bit to be able to counter sink the screws. We asked him again, and quot; So, you aren't going to do what you said you were going to do and install the transition strips?and quot; He stated that he wasn't going to do that. My husband left to go get a drill bit/countersink bit for them so that they would be able to install. They packed up and left while he was gone; I thought they just went to lunch. My husband called them back and Chris Holley stated that they would not return to finish the job and to just consider what they had done on the carpet so far a gift.
We had to pay him room by room on the laminate when it was installed, that was a total of $770.00, for 3 rooms. Fortunately for us he had stated that he would just wait to get paid on the carpet when it was all finished. He got one room mostly done, but the carpet will have to be tweaked in a few areas where it does not meet the wall.
Do NOT use this person for any improvements to your home. He does Not keep his word. When someone tells you that they will do a complete job; I expect them to finish the job. If there are going to be additional costs, let us know, we can deal with that; but don't stop in the middle of a job because someone called you out on your own words. Do what you say you will do.
