I was buying a new car. I was still filling out paperwork when I called Guide One. I already had insurance on all of my family vehicles through them. The lady I spoke with took all of my information and answered all of my questions. She removed the car, I traded in, from our policy. She added my new vehicle. I had full coverage in effect before I even drove my new car off the lot. She made the entire process painless and easy. Their policies are affordable and have competitive rates and coverage.
