1) Provider was walked through exactly where the fence was to be place, which he did not follow.  The entire backyard is approximately 5' shorter in length and width.
2) Provider spent multiple hours ( one occasion was close to 7 hours) trips for supplies and away from work site.
3) Provider did not provide proper supervision of subcontracted laborers and part of the fence was installed incorrectly.
4) Provider was supposed to acquire permit from city to build fence and did not.
5) Provider claimed to have a friend with a tractor that could be used to move daughters playhouse from side yard to back yard. Instead he went down the street to another building where work was being conducted, asked the tractor operator there to come move the playhouse and told that tractor operator we (my girlfriend and I) would pay him $50.00 for moving it.  The dollhouse was destroyed during the moving process.
6) Provider spent more time on his cell phone texting than actually working.

 Didnt put posts far enough in the ground and now my fence is wobbly and the gate is falling. Did not pick up after hisself and left trash everywhere. Dug unnecessary holes all over the yard and didnt fill them in. Concrete bags and wood left everywhere. Nails all over the ground.  Fence is not even and the posts are all sticking up a foot or more above the fence. You could imagine how this looks. Fence is propped up behind with more wood nailed to a tree. Told him to redo it and he didn't. He just threw the fence up and left. Do not use this company...he has no clue what he is doing. He talked a good game when he came out for the estimate. Guess you live and learn but now i must pay someone to redo this and Im out 2 grand. Don't waste your money or your time.
