The first time they had it four weeks. It wasn't totally repaired so I had to take it back and they had it for 2 more weeks. I still don't feel it is right, inside the driver door is scuffed up and there was grease on the inside of the windshield. I feel since I am not a regular customer of theirs or that I am a woman, I didn't not get the "great service" I have heard about

David Leatherwood at Dossett Big 4 was a great salesman. He didn't show me any vehicles that I wasn't interested in or couldn't afford. He treated me like he had all day to deal with me. No rushing me into anything. Margaret Harris, the finance manager, introduced herself and came out into the lobby to sit down and talk with me. There were no closed doors at this place. Everyone was friendly. I even got to meet Mr. Dossett. He sat down and chatted with me. In the end, they got me in a newer car than I thought I could afford, got me more on my trade-in, and I basically signed my paperwork and drove away! Great experience here, especially when car buying usually isn't fun.

The key worked perfectly, but i was shocked by how much I was charged. When I called other dealers, they charged much less in the same circumstance. i was overcharged almost $40.00.
