We have used Dickey & Henderson several times for air conditioning repair and once for electrical repair. Dickey personally does the air condition repair. He is very punctual and profession. He gets to the root of the problem quickly and works effectively to solve it. Electrical repair was performed by someone else, but it was done professionally as well.

Because older homes can be a challenge, we hired William Henderson on several occasions without a firm estimate. We realized that there was no way to estimate the time it would take for the job. We felt that we were billed fairly, but that the project may have taken longer than it should have. William would often send his crew to do a plumbing repair or other emergency before they reported for work at our house.
The end result was always pleasing! We feel that William understands old home construction and how to approach the renovation process. In a town of 35,000 there are very few construction companies that will take the time to do work on older homes. We have referred William to many neighbors who are searching for someone with a variety of skills.

It was a French drain and it had stopped up. They fixed it properly.
