 + -1 moreWe have used Dickey & Henderson several times for air conditioning repair and once for electrical repair. Dickey personally does the air condition repair. He is very punctual and profession. He gets to the root of the problem quickly and works effectively to solve it. Electrical repair was performed by someone else, but it was done professionally as well.
Description of Work: Repaired air conditioning unit that was no longer cooling the air.

Description of Work: Rebuilt and repaired roof damage from tree strike. Replaced 3 skylights and repaired and repainted 3 rooms after water damage. Very courteous and listened to my concerns and questions. Very pleased with the work done, best contractor I've ever worked with.

 + -1 moreBecause older homes can be a challenge, we hired William Henderson on several occasions without a firm estimate. We realized that there was no way to estimate the time it would take for the job. We felt that we were billed fairly, but that the project may have taken longer than it should have. William would often send his crew to do a plumbing repair or other emergency before they reported for work at our house. The end result was always pleasing! We feel that William understands old home construction and how to approach the renovation process. In a town of 35,000 there are very few construction companies that will take the time to do work on older homes. We have referred William to many neighbors who are searching for someone with a variety of skills.
Description of Work: Over the past twelve years, we have hired William Henderson and crew to do a variety of renovation jobs from adding on a back porch to building a staircase from our main floor into our attic. His crew has done drywall, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, painting, etc at our home which was built in 1930. Because our home survived a tornado that devastated much of Tupelo, nothing is "square", They always figure out how to deal with this! There was no porch on the back of our house, so they did everything from foundation work to roof construction(he did hire a brick mason to lay brick for floor). The porch looks like something out of Southern Living and we are extremely pleased! The staircase was a major project because it involved tearing out walls and lots of angles. This also turned out to look amazing!
