+ -1 moreOur mortgage lender / company was very receptive to our needs. My wife and I were nervous about going through the process of building a house and applying for a loan, and I probably complicated matters more than necessary because of my frequent inquiries. But I must say that Bancorpsouth was terrific. They were patient with me and very responsive to my questions with frequent phone calls and e-mails. Plus the rate was outstanding. I have had mortgages several times before with local mortgage banks and brokers, but Bancorpsouth was more responsive than any of them. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Provided mortgage assistance. Bank was very easy to deal with. Mortgage lender would return emails, even on weekend. Would provide dozens of scenarios and sincerely cared about my family. Bancorpsouth obviously wanted my family's business, but at the same time they were very open about interest rates, how much we could afford, and really cared about us making the right decision.
