Our mortgage lender / company was very receptive to our needs. My wife and I were nervous about going through the process of building a house and applying for a loan, and I probably complicated matters more than necessary because of my frequent inquiries. But I must say that Bancorpsouth was terrific. They were patient with me and very responsive to my questions
with frequent phone calls and e-mails. Plus the rate was outstanding. I have had mortgages several times before with local mortgage banks and brokers, but Bancorpsouth was more responsive than any of them. Highly recommended.
