Excellent work! Such a pleasure to do business with this man. He was prompt to respond, showed up when he said he would, and delivered my rugs early to accommodate me. My rugs look and smell fresh and his price was more than fair. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

He does excellent work! My rugs look brand new! He could have charged me more for a rug protector that I didn't need and I wouldn't have been the wiser, but he told me that my particular rug really didn't need it, so he didn't charge me. He moved my furniture off the rugs too! Took extra care with both rugs and furniture. I couldn't recommend him highly enough, he was professional and the best rug cleaner I've found here in this area.

He was extremely polite and timely. He worked with me. He took a special trip to work on a tough stain for a while; he got it out. He was overall very polite; he did a nice job; and I was pleased with the service. I would definitely use him in the future.

Everything went fine. He was very nice guy, polite, did what he said he would do, professional, and I felt comfortable with him in the house. My dog was sick and he was extra careful with pre-treating the carpet and what not, which was nice.

He is a perfectionist. He is reasonable in price, too. This man excels at carpet cleaning. He is friendly and dependable. He is also very knowledgeable. He also does tile sealing and cleaning work as well. He even told me that one room didn't need cleaned. He didn't charge more than the last carpet cleaner I used years ago, and he even moved furniture.
