Always goes great. I am not scared when I call Thompson Air conditioning and Heating.

The work was timely, professional, and of outstanding quality. The design is such that you can barely tell walking from one part of the home to the other a change in temperature. This is my first time to use Thompson for new construction, but my fourth time to use them in a repair capacity or system replacement. I highly recommend them.

I was pleased with them. The unit was replaced three years ago. He didn't try to sell something that I didn't need. It seems to me that he was honest with me and I thought he gave me a fair deal. He came out in a timely manner. He was very responsive.
