My house was quite pleasant and tidy when I returned. However, I may be more clear next time on exactly what I'd like cleaned. Pam told me they have "overall" cleaning and "deep" cleaning with rates if $60 an hour. They wiped down the window sills as I requested. But I noticed that items were not moved from my counters and dressers to be wiped/dusted. In the future, I'll ask for a "deep" cleaning to ensure that my stove hood, kitchen cabinets, ceiling fans and baseboards are wiped down. This is not a negative against them because they did a great job on overall cleaning. I think my standards are just closer to what they consider a "deep" cleaning.
Description of Work: Since I went out of town for a month and wasn't able to really clean up before I left, I needed someone to clean my two bedroom condo. After calling a real estate agent to see if she knew of a qualified and reputable housekeeping services, she referred me to Magic Maids. They did overall cleaning for my kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, and master bedroom. A friend let them in while I was gone. Two ladies arrived on time and I returned to a nicely cleaned house.
