House Cleaning
My house was quite pleasant and tidy when I returned. However, I may be more clear next time on exactly what I'd like cleaned. Pam told me they have "overall" cleaning and "deep" cleaning with rates if $60 an hour. They wiped down the window sills as I requested. But I noticed that items were not moved from my counters and dressers to be wiped/dusted. In the future, I'll ask for a "deep" cleaning to ensure that my stove hood, kitchen cabinets, ceiling fans and baseboards are wiped down. This is not a negative against them because they did a great job on overall cleaning. I think my standards are just closer to what they consider a "deep" cleaning.
