I felt Frank's group did a reasonable job on taking the wallpaper down. There were some spots that were too difficult, so then ended up just texturing over those. The texture matched the existing texture on other walls very closely. I felt the price for this job was very reasonable and very worth it. I would hire Frank again for this job.
The tile backsplash is another story. For the most part it looks good, but there are several spots where the grout lines are crooked. They came out a couple of times to try and fix it, but all they did was make the grout lines thicker, and it still looks crooked. For now I am covering it with a paper towel holder.

Frank Orneles did a good job. I would not use him again, other people might use him. He was average. His price was perfect. He realized after he got in and started the job, he realized he under bid the project. He got right back to me. His professionalism was a little above average. I will not use him again.

My Mom's house had a leak in the master bath 2 days before she was scheduled to come home after a hip replacement. The leak flooded her bathroom and master bedroom and the walls were molding. Dealing with her health issues, I was tapped out to deal with a variety of contractors for flooring, sheetrock, painting, plumbing, etc. A friend recommended Frank and he completely took over for a stress free experience!!

Frank and his team knew we were under a tight deadline to get the repairs made and went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed before she returned home. We told them it was ok if they needed to complete the job after she returned home, but that wasn't good enough for Frank and his team! They worked overnight to get the job finished so she wouldn't have to deal with any of the contractors. We even had them do some additional tile work and they STILL came in under budget!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He is very fair, honest and is really willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is performed to his customer's satisfaction. I would use him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to anyone needing work!

Over all they did a good job. I would recommend them and I will use them again.

We moved into a 4,000 sq ft home built in 1989 that needed updates throughout. We compared estimates from several contractors and Frank was both the most professional and the lowest bid we dealt with. Over a period of several weeks Frank had different contractors come in to complete various tasks from painting the interior, repairing the roof in several places, resealing the back patio around the pool, remodeling the bathroom walls with mirrors and new light fixtures, and updating the kitchen with granite countertops, a tile backsplash, and new appliances. The painter(s) brought in by Frank were well mannered and professional but worked very slowly causing the job to drag out longer than we had hoped however overall we were pleased with Frank's professionalism and quality work at a fair price.
