+ -1 moreFor regular maintenance, Mark is the one to call on. Several times I've had to have some coolant added, but overall, he arrives when he says he will and keeps you notified if there's any delay and many times he can work without you at home, unless he needs to check your indoor unit and thermostat.
Description of Work: Mark Bobst does regular maintenance on 2 outside Cooling units at my house, at least annually, to maintain A/C in the summer months.
