Appointment set up with owner for Monday, August 3. Didn't show, didn't call. Called Tuesday morning and was told "Let us get our stuff and we'll be right on over." Didn't show, didn't call. I called Tuesday PM, left message on voice mail, asking him to call me to set up time. Never called back. My wife called him again yesterday and he said he'd be here at 8 o'clock this morning (Friday, August 7). At 9:50, when he'd neither shown up nor called, she called again. Owner said they'd be on their way, but still didn't get here until after 11 AM. The two men who came were courteous; they found the problem quickly enough, but didn't have a part they needed. They said they'd be back in thirty minutes, but were gone over an hour. Problem was repaired, but total charge was 267.50 to fix a faucet (two hours labor @ $85/hr., $25 for "truck"???, $55 for part replaced, $17.50 tax).
