He had experience with this product line and had done this work before. You'd think a fridge install would be simple; however, this brand and model required a lot of work. Mr. Lott was familiar with the product line and the specific product. At least ask if he's done this type of work before.

I had used another service previously to repair my refrigerator and was not real happy with the experience. I searched Agie's list and found Lott's Appliance repair service. I contacted them and before the repairman came the ice maker on my second refrigerator went out. He was very polite and informative as to the needed repairs. He had to go back to the shop for parts and worked both refrigerators until 6:30 PM but repaired both refrigerators at a price that I thought was very reasonable!!! I will recommend Lott's repair service and Angie's list to all my friends!!

The service technicians arrived when scheduled, were professionally attired, courteous and quite skilled. I highly recommend Lott Appliance Parts and Service to anyone needing such services in the Hattiesburg/ Sumrall area.
