Farve Residential Services LLC was good. He was rough around the edges but he did the work. I worked with maintenance people my entire career. I manage facilities. He was a decent carpenter for what I had him do and he was good at what he did. He made several comments to me about the job that I asked him to do and how difficult it was. I felt it was not very professional or not as professional as he should be. I described what I wanted done and in fact was in the attic helping me. He kept commenting on how difficult what I wanted to do was to do. 'I know that and that's why I hired you'. I would recommend him with a carry out that he is going to take more of your time than he should. He sure get the job done but just you will have to supervise him. I would use him again because the man did good work. It is just with the maintenance man, he came and did a job, I didn't know he had a problem. This guy, I was having a fit sitting in the attic with him and listen to him complain about how hard what he was doing was. I was like that's why I hired you. I am handicapped and I cannot do the work that I hired him to do.

They responded promptly to my call and made an appointment for an estimate. The work was scheduled and done not only quickly, but professionally. I was very impressed with the solution to my water issues. The bathroom looks great. The added shelves to my entertainment center give it a whole new functionality and saved me the cost of replacing a nice piece of furniture. I would recommend them for any job big or small. They are currently building a carport for my next door neighbor.
