Horrible floor work!! Added a "membrane" he said at no charge to level the concrete floor before painting. It really messed up the floor and now he says I owe him $200.00 for patchwork!!! Refuses to fix his mess! I have texts where he agreed to remove vinyl tile, sand, paint and seal concrete floor in master bedroom. Then he said he didn't agree to sand and seal!! Now can't move in to my bedroom. Going to court.

I am pleased with the performance of my washing machine after repairs.

Called, got an appointment for the next day. They were ontime, had the part on their truck and we were done in less than an hour. Cant beat that in Hattiesburg.

They were very prompt, and they fixed my problems. He was fine, very professional.

The service visit went well and was as I expected. The repair part would need to be ordered and it was and the service was completed in a timely fashion. The washer is now working fine. The service techician was profesional and answered all our questions and I feel the charge was reasonable. We will use them for any future repairs needed on the appliances.

I am so happy i chose Bienvenu's for my new A/C. My old unit was 12 years old and had a major leak . After going over the options i decided it was best to purchase a new unit vs repairing it . "its was the old type that uses freon which is no longer made"  
The unit is so quiet , it cools my house down quickly even in the summer months. On top of that my light bill dropped roughly 150$ a month !!! Im gonna save about 1800$ dollars this year. They were so professional and clean with the install , even fixed some duct leaks in the attic. I had some cheaper quotes on the table but they were worth every penny , i was thinking long term.

Glenn and his crew are thoroughly courteous and professional. I recognized that from the moment I asked for an estimate for the work and it has continued every single time I have contacted him or his office.
  The initial work hit a snag as the factory failed to deliver a part for the HVAC at the same time as the rest of the others but I let Glenn know it was ok to get started as the part was expected to arrive later in the evening-he didn't want to inconvenience us by working late at the house.
  They did a great job taking out the 10 year old heat pump, blower unit, replacing some of the duct work and laying a new concrete pad for the new heat pump. The guys were courteous, efficient and kept the areas inside the house they were working in clean. Overall, the HVAC work took two days to complete due to the factory delivery issue. They installed a new heat pump, gas furnace, blower and electronic thermostat in addition to the previously mentioned duct work and concrete pad. The work done was outstanding, the service provided by Glenn is the best.
  There was an issue with the unit-not an installation issue-but a design issue, that Glenn came out several times to fix, no charge. He always came right away and did his best to troubleshoot the problem but it was only after several months did the issue finally come out in a technical bulletin that the issue was with multiple manufacturers who had subcontracted a part to a certain company that was causing the issue. Glenn came back out and resolved the issue and the HVAC has been working like a champ. Again, throughout the process, he stood by his work and always came to help immediately.
  Once the HVAC was finished, Glenn installed the tankless water heater. He ran a gas line for both the tankless system and the previously mentioned gas furnace. They removed the 10 year old water heater and installed the new tankless system in the same location in the garage utility room. The removal and installation took only a few hours and was done professionally including the venting system on the roof for both the water heater and furnace. The system has been working great.
  Both the HVAC and water heater are working great and have saved me a great deal of money and I appreciate the professionalism and true service exhibited by Glenn and the folks at Bienvenu!

Glen called before he arrived, to clarify my address and let me know he was on the way. He arrived on Monday morning as planned and evaluated 2 deep freezes that were not working. He determined that one freezer was not working due to squirrels chewing the wires in two and building a nest around the freezer compressor. He checked the compressor, replaced several wires & other electrical components, and cleaned out the squirrel nest. This is an older freezer that we purchased in the late 1990's. He had the parts and wires on his truck so he was able to perform the repairs that day. Before he left he used his spray foam and my steel wool "scrubber" to close up the hole where the squirrels had gotten into the back of the freezer, so hopefully this will prevent the problem from recurring.

The second freezer had been working when it was given to us, but had not worked since it was moved. Glen explained that during the move to our house, the weld that someone had done to repair this freezer, before we obtained it, had developed a leak where a copper line had been welded onto a steel line. This had resulted in all the freon leaking out of it. The joint was so weak that it fell apart while we were looking at it. Glen said he could repair this freezer for about $300. He said he would have to reconnect the lines, replace the older freon it uses, and then test the system to make sure it was working properly. After we discussed the situation and the cost of the repair, it was decided that we did not want to repair this older model freezer, since he had been able to repair my original freezer.

Glen completed all the work in about an hour. He emailed me a receipt for my payment before he left. He was polite, courteous, and professional. He said he owns the 8 year old business. I would recommend him and would hire him again.

He spent considerable amount of time checking out the electonic and determined that the heat sensor in the oven was not funtioning properly. He repaired this by cleaning. He had worked on this oven in the past and although the current problem was not related to the previous work on the oven he did not charge for this repair. You can't beat that! He said that he tries to take caare of his repeaat customers.

our original deal was to get our air conditioner serviced.  They did an awesome job and recommended them to some friends.  We then realized that they do other things too so we had them come over and take a look at our old stove that we thought we might need to get replaced.  They were very friendly and I definitely recommend them for anyone.

He was very professional and friendly.  He checked out the dryer, and explained to me the problelm.  The dryer is 15-17+ years old, and his recommendation was not at all surprising....I need a new dryer!  He took the time to suggest the type dryer I might look for based on my needs....he also suggested certain "fancy"  dryer features that are sometimes problematic.  I appreciated his prompt email response through Angie's List messaging.

He overcharged me $2,076 for the service. I had paid him $7,383 to install the air conditioning unit to my house and his price is over $2,000 more than other companies in the area. Before you hire Mr. Glenn Bienvenu, please call other companies and get at least one other estimate.

Came out the same day i called! Sears told me 2 weeks. They even had the part on the truck. The service technician arrived when scheduled were professionally attired courteous and quite skilled. I highly recommend Bienvenu's to anyone in need of repairs.

They really took there time to make sure everything was correct. Beginning with initial phone call and throughout entire process Mr. Bienvenu was very professional knowledgeable and helpful. I strongly recommend Bienvenu Heating and Air to anyone in need of heating and or air system services.

Everything went pretty smoothly.  Uninstalled used dishwasher from friend's house, brought my place, took my old dishwasher out and put it to the curb for me, then installed the other one.  Quite a lot of work for the price.  Everything still working good.
