This was for Tupelo. I didn't see it listed...so I chose one, but this is for Tupelo Orkin, on McClough Blvd. (I may not have the dates correct, but it ended in 2013.) Service was spotty. Sometimes I would have the same service man for a few months, and then suddenly get another. Sometimes it was good, but mostly it was poor at best, and I'm talking about servicing. Sometimes they would call and say they would be late, because they had to go so far away to service someone else, or ask if they could come another day. We live in a wooded area and have many spiders, etc. However, before I dropped them, I was billed for service outside I never signed for, but was told it was done! I paid it , because they argued with me it had been done, and their service man said he did it. I had no idea he was even here! This was for mosquitoes, and it was over $100.00. They complained that they could never get a hold of me to let me know. The manager even acted mad AT ME for that! I don't answer numbers I'm not familiar with. I figure they could leave a message. It was a different number each time, and I didn't recognize it. The last call I had was from a NEW guy, he left a message, and I called him back and he set up a day to come spray. He never showed up. Their service stinks, and I talked to the manager and it did no good. I dropped them finally. Lesson learned.
