I am a licensed certified Home Inspector by the State of Mississippi. I also have two of the highest industry credentials, ASHI certified inspector and Certified Master Inspector, CMI. I do a thorough 18 page checklist and take pictures so you can easily understand your report and better make a decision about your purchase.
