I called this company because I had used them years ago, and now again needed pest control services. They still do the same excellent job they did then; they are very helpful, explaining everything they do and the terms of the contract. The service man was friendly and extremely thorough. He did not complain even though there were aspects of the situation that were no doubt inconvenient to him. I had been very upset when I realized I recently had carpenter ants coming into my house, but I feel comfortable the problem is and will remain well under control now.
