This small moving company was very responsive. They promptly returned all calls and answered all questions very thoroughly and professionally. When the move was complete I received a call from the owner to ask if I was satisfied and how the move went. The communication was one of the best parts of working with this group.The two movers who did the loading (no packing) of my household goods were very professional and good to work with. They arrived promptly on the morning of the move. They encountered problems not of their making and tried to make the best of the situation. The problem was that it was expected that there would be two other guys to help load the truck but those two guys were no shows. That resulted in the two guys who were there to do the move having to work harder and longer. They did so without complaining and, in fact, just got the job done. We agreed on a date for unloading in the new home location (a moving time of 10 hours.) They showed a lot of flexibility in working with me for the unloading date. The same two guys arrived promptly with one additional helper to unload the truck. I provided the feedback to the owner, when she called me after the move, that I thought it was important that the two guys who worked the move should have had more help. But, I did complement the two guys who did the work as being easy to work with and very dependable.
