Great. Hood retrieved tolet blockage, a wooden 7" foot massage roller (see picture below).

They are timely. They knew what they were doing. They were courteous and it was quick and easy. I called the main number and they put it out to the service tech that was out in the field and he called me within two hours to see when I was available to come out and meet me out there and it was very easy to use them. Pricing was good for two people at two hours of work for sixty dollars. I was able to get what I wanted and I really liked that. Very responsive.
