Dunking booth was not ready at agreed upon time. My name was the only on the account, yet manager claimed another member of my organization agreed to change of plans. He could not name nor describe individual to be identified. Was told to we had to find previous renter's location to obtain item for my event... It would not not available for 12 more hours. I was given a number of this renter to contact. She did not answer. Finally obtained dunking booth a few hours before event. Was told hitch was 2.5 inch size, it was 2 inch. Was told it would take 2 hours to fill, it took only one. Business did not know its own product... I returned it Monday. When asked for reduction in agreed-upon price because agreed-upon time was not honored, manager's demeanor became hostile and rude. I wrote check for $150, my deposit was returned. No apology was made. Will NEVER use again or recommend company.
