Advanced Collison Repair

They did really well and I haven't had any problems.

The shop repaired a rear quarter panel of our Honda Civic. The shop is very clean and the staff was very friendly. The repairs were made in a timely fashion and looked great. We would use the shop again and would highly recommend!

We were driving home from church on a Sunday morning and we were hit from the side by another driver. We had used Advanced Collision Repair before and had our car towed to their location. On Monday morning we contacted Russell Winston, the owner, and he had our car back to us in good shape by that next Friday. Russell always does a good job and also does windshield repair.

I had purchased this my car new, so you can imagine I was not happy to have had extensive hail damage! When the car was finished, I looked it over very carefully (probably too carefully) and thought that the paint color on the newly painted parts was slightly off from the rest of the car. It is a silver car, and from what I hear silver is a hard color to match. I doubt anyone but me would have noticed, but at the time I thought it was a big deal. If I recall correctly, I may have found a few other imperfections that I wanted dealt with (I think a few very small hail dents).
The shop owner was very nice about about all of this and took care of everything, even getting me a rental car to use for the extra day or two that it was in the shop. I remember him saying that he expected to be around for a long time, and therefore wanted to keep his customers happy. And he most certainly did.
Also, I should say that my care was in *sorry shape* when I took it in there--so please don't think they did a poor job initially before I complained. I still can't believe all of the hail dents are out of it!
Very good customer service. Would definitely go back again.
