I never got the bill. The insurance company sent the cheque directly to them and so, I am do not know how much it cost. We didn't have any real issues. I don't think that I would tell a friend not to use them but I an not sure if I would recommend them either. We had dehumidifiers here for days when apparently, they should have taken the kick-boards off the cabinets and they didn't do that. It was just am awkward situation all way around. I don't know how much of it was their fault other than the kick-board. The whole thing was just a big mess.
