I don’t see any termites and they told me that if I see any to just call them and they’ll come out and won’t charge me. I didn’t do a lot of checking around as far as pricing. They don’t tell you a specific time, they just tell you a day because you don’t have to be here. They came the day they said they were coming.

Gary our tech was wonderful. This was our first time using their service. My family recently located from Las Vegas and we were in need of pest control for the bugs around here: ear wigs etc. The receptionist was pleasant, I was able to schedule my first service for the next business day. The tech was on time, came in a nice pest control truck, presented himself professional. He was knowledgable, and friendly to my 2 doggies. Did a thorough job! Initial visit was $90.00 then about $77 every quarterly visit. Happy to find this company on Angie's List!

They were amazing. I've had other pest control services and they didn't do nearly the expensive exterminating. He did all kinds of things. He went out in the attic and secured it up there. He left little sticky things in case there was something left over that would crawl in. I'm impressed. They do a really good job.

I've been using them for 10 years. I love them. They are on time. If I have any complaints with my quarterly service, they come out and take care of it free of charge. The customer service is excellent.

I love their customer service. Their pest service is effective but anyone can do that. Every time I call the office, the scheduling people are nice. The service man is nice and polite and seems concerned about whether or not I am seeing any pests. He asks questions. The technician gave me his personal cell phone number and he would tell me where he will be in the city in case I need him to come between visits. If I have any problems between visits he said he will come out for no charge. He even covers up his shoes with the booties when he comes in the house to avoid tracking dirt in when he works inside. I will continue to use them unless they leave.

I have two dogs, one of which is usually chained up out in the backyard. So, I requested that they call every time before they come up to check the traps. They always call and have always come out when they said they were gonna come out. They always tell me what's going on. Sometimes if I happen to be there, they'll show me what's going on, what to look for, and stuffs like that. I have been real happy with them. The price is a lot cheaper than other termites damage repairers. I have had no complaints at all. One time, I ran over one of the traps with a lawnmower. I called them up. The guy happened to be in the area. He called another one in and didn't charge me anything. They've been excellent to me. We will continue to renew them every time.

They're very thorough. He treats outside and inside. He's nice, friendly, and approachable. I had the same technician for five years. He's good about spraying down the house. I chose them because of the price. We lived in the south for 17 years. I talked to neighbors to find out who's the best company. That's the name that have come up among my neighbors. In the south, you need pest control.

They also do our termite control. Their friendly when you call. They did come out quickly. They did not kill my ants. I had to call them back out twice.

We have not seen any bugs at all since North Mississippi Pest Control has been spraying our home. They come on the same day at the same time every month and are never late. The man who comes is very thorough and makes sure he gets behind all of our appliances and our house.
